Fundraising

The ongoing success of our fundraising is crucial if we are to continue to train our dogs to transform the lives of even more people with disabilities.

Pubs, Clubs, Community Groups & Individuals

Whatever your experience, whether you are new to fundraising or overflowing with great ideas, we need your help. There are many activities and events that you can organise with friends and colleagues, ranging from black-tie events, charity auctions and coffee mornings to quiz nights and golf days. Or why not enter for a sponsored marathon or walk?

Regional Support Groups

Our Regional Support Groups play a crucial part in raising the awareness of Canine Partners, as well as much needed funds.

Being a member of a group is fun and rewarding and is a great way to meet people. Why not join a group in your area?

If you would like to find out how to set up a new Support Group, join an existing group, or find out where we currently have Support Groups, please email Jill Green  or call on 01730 716 014.

Schools

Perhaps you could invite one of our speakers to visit your school to hear for yourself what our amazing dogs can do to help people with disabilities. Demonstrations can also sometimes be arranged, please email Julie Graham or call 01730 716032.

Adopting Canine Partners as your "Charity of the Year" means pupils, teachers and parents can learn more about dog welfare and disability issues. Pupils can help to raise money by participating in organised activities like sponsored walks, dog shows, teddy bears' picnics, dress-down days and bad hair days.
