Canine Partners announces collection day at High Chelmer shopping centre
A team of Canine Partners representatives will be present on the day including Barry O’Connell and canine partner Guy from Clacton. The team will be joined by volunteer puppy parents from the area and other volunteers, all of who provide vital support to the Essex operation.
Lindsey Hurrell, Essex Community Fundraiser, comments, “Shoppers at High Chelmer have always been very generous to us and we raised £891.31 at our last collection day there. This is our third year of collecting and we are very grateful to High Chelmer Shopping Centre for allowing us to be here again this year. We know it’s a difficult time for all, but we ask people to dig deep and help us to continue changing the lives of those with disabilities. If funds are low, perhaps you would like to come and see us on the day to find out more about our work and the ways you can help by saving your used stamps, recycling certain objects and much more.”
